Pulp density control system flow
Introduction to System
The sensor works with shear force and features highly sensitive signals, and strong resistance to zero drift, variation of pulp flow speed, shock and vibration. The inner rotary pulp density sensor and the active-blade density sensor are the most reliable pulp density sensors with most stable performance currently.
Sensors adopt tube measuring mode, and are simple for installation and easy for use with controller and DCS. The sensor is structured firmly and has good repeatability for measuring. It is able to measure pulp density value of whole range. It is applicable to measure various paper pulp and is free from influence of fiber composition, pulping degree, fillings, bubbles, pressure and vibration, etc.
The pulp density sensor adopts microchip processer and directly convert shear force signals to pulp density with consideration of compensating various influence factors. The sensor adopts built-in converting curves, and features pre-calibration upon delivery, one-point calibration on field and precise installation & adjustment direction. The sensor is able to present absolute pulp density value within full range. The connection between the sensor and the controller or DCS can be realized through standard 4-20mA signals or digital communication. The sensor converter is set with a keyboard and a digital screen, so that setting operation can be totally and directly finished on the converter, not needing other auxiliary devices.
