Headbox Cross Paper Web Quantitative Dilution Water Control System ​

     Introduction to System
  Cross paper web quantitative dilution water control system of our company is designed for controlling cross paper web ration.
  This system, by controlling dilution water valves cross-distributed on headbox, controls feed volume of each dilution water valve so as to realize the control on cross paper web ration.
  By analyzing the banner quantitative sampling data obtained from the QCS system, the dilution water banner quantitative control system intelligently adjusts each dilution water valve, thereby achieving automatic control of optimizing banner quantitative control.
  Besides, man-machine interface of this system is certainly available for the manual controlling dilution water valves.
  Description of functional structure of dilution water system

  (I) Introduction of Functions
  Dilution water headbox applies low-pulse conversion to feed water into dilution water with equal differential pressure, scans out paper absolute dry ration web curves according to scanning frame, automatically or manually controls dilution water valve for dilution on pulps flowing into headbox tubes so as to improve local ration of paper sheet and consequent web ration of whole paper sheet. Smart dilution water valve plays an effective role in adjusting the flow of dilution water into headbox tubes, and therefore, adjustment of the dilution water valve is a direct factor for the web ration of whole paper sheet.
  Our company’s smart dilution water valves are functioned as below:
  The valve is structured with the newly patent-authorized valve body, featuring linear control and ensuring valve opening in proportion with water flow;
  The valve is structured with no blockage, featuring smooth channel without seal or reverse angle and will not hurt fibers or fillings;
  The valve opening accesses to a resolution as accurate as 1/1000, whose closed loop feedback ensures precise adjustment capability;
  Full smart design enable the valve to good expansion capability and connection with diverse QCS;
  Connection adopts bus structure and only 4 lines are needed to achieve the connection of all valves with upper machine;
  It is easy for disassembly and assembly with little maintenance and complete self-inspection.
  The application of dilution water valve requires valve not to be closed totally. When valve opening is set as 0%, there is actual 15% opening on valve; when valve opening is set as 100%, valve accesses to total opening.
  (II) System Allocations
  1.     One smart dilution water valve set every 60mm(75mm) spaces
  2.     One PC (DELL)
  3.     One 24V/200W switch power of Mingwei allocated for every 15 valves
  4.     One 24V/50W switch power of Mingwei
  5.     Three IR-1305As (communication transition distributers)
  6.     One junction box allocated for every 15 valves
  7.     One connector circuit board for every 15 valves
  8.     One set of control system software
  (III) Electrical Circuit
  1. The 220V power line shall use the international standard RVV two-cores*2mm2 lines, and the RS485 signal line shall use international standard RVVP two-cores*1mm2 lines; two cables shall be arranged with about 1m space.
  2. Wiring description of single smart dilution water valve: power communication line uses four-core cables. The cable is divided as two terminals. Red and black share one terminal, linking to the 24V power line, red to +24V and black to GND. Yellow and blue share the other terminal, linking to RS485 signal line, yellow to RS485 signal A and blue to RS485 signal B. Terminal wiring of dilution valves is as below diagram 2.
