Introduction to System Characteristics of paper pulp directly decide stable operation of paper machines and papermaking quality. Considering the process situation that netting pulp is the mixture of diverse pulps, the proportion of different pulps shall be kept stable, so that paper pulp can keep a stable characteristics and consequently paper machine works stably with stable papermaking quality. The process situation of diverse pulps mixing demands the application of pulp mixing proportion system to stabilize pulp proportion. Pulp mixing proportion system applies the pulp density sensor to measure pulp density and the electromagnetic flowmeter to measure pulp volume flow. Calculation of absolute dry measure ratio of diverse paper pulps can achieve the required proportion. The calculation of absolute dry measure of diverse paper pulps can be realized by using a computer and specialized accumulation meters. We recommend applying the pulp mixing proportion system comprising computer, which is used conveniently with high efficiency. Pulp mixing proportion system can work in the continuous mode or the intermittent mode. The continuous mode is more efficient but requires higher level of the former process. For example, the pulp density is prohibited from fluctuating fiercely, with dilution water in stable supply and pulp in non-stopped supply. The intermittent mode has good working adaptability to diverse process situations, on the precondition of necessary pulp mixing tank. Pulp mixing proportion system mainly comprises pulp density measuring control unit, pulp flow measuring unit, pulp liquid level display unit, pump control unit and computer control unit.
